Gitanjali holds 23+ years of expertise across transformation frameworks, culture, leadership alignment and development. She started her career in Quantitative Research and Marketing Analytics industry with the WPP group. She spent more than a decade with The Gallup Organization, specialising in Human Sigma Consulting and Strengths based Coaching and Development. Gita is a Masters in Business Economics from Delhi University, a Stanford certified Advanced Design Thinking specialist and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Ananya is an applied social psychologist. Her research interests lie in the intersection between social identity and behavioural interventions. She is experienced in mixed methods analyses, experimental psychology, and content creation for social enterprises. Ananya has done her Masters in Applied Social Psychology from the University of Groningen and her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Ashoka University.

Divyaa has 15+ years of experience in the technology industry. In addition, she has worked on product & visual design projects. Her expertise lies in crafting contextual, at-scale programs across Employee Experience & Communication, Learning, Leadership Development, and HR Service Delivery. She previously worked with Accenture India as a General Manager. She has a Post Graduate certification in Human Capital Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a degree in Business Management from Christ University, Bangalore.

Abhilasha is a Human Capital expert with close to 20 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, information technology and consulting industries. She is an expert in the areas of People Transformation, Change Management, Rewards, Service Delivery and Mergers and Acquisition. She previously worked with Accenture Technology India as a Vice President. Abhilasha is a PGDM (HRM) from XLRI. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She was a visiting Faculty for Design Thinking in HR at Xavier University, Bhubaneswar.

Naveen is a Data Scientist with 10+ years of experience. He carries expertise in Trade-off, Segmentation, Forecasting and Classification techniques. Naveen is a postgraduate in Statistics from Osmania University.

Ioana has read her Masters in Social Anthropology from SOAS London. She carries experience in media, memorialisation and material cultures. Ioana focuses on UK and EU regions.

Abhishek’s substantive professional experience covers academic, ethnographic, and design research, as well as management consulting. His expertise lies in leveraging anthropology to make sense of research and design questions. His clients span the public, private, and development sectors across South Asia, the Middle East, and the EU. He is presently an AHRC UK - CHASE funded PhD candidate in Anthropology and Sociology at SOAS University of London, where he is studying how futures in Delhi are imagined and made through digital-enabled healthcare. Abhishek has a prior MA in Social Anthropology (SOAS University of London), an MBA (XIM Bhubaneswar) and a BA (Honours) in Economics (Hindu College, University of Delhi).

Aastha has 17+ years of experience as a Consultant and Practitioner. She is an expert in Organization Structuring, Performance and Rewards, Competency Frameworks and Leadership Capabilities. She previously worked with ITC (leading Compensation & Benefits), EY, Mercer and IBM. Aastha completed her PGDM from XIM Bhubaneswar, and a degree in English (Honours) from St. Xavier’s College (Kolkata).

Divisha has 12+ years of consulting & entrepreneurial experience. She has expertise in Org Effectiveness, Transformation, Operating Model design & Post merger Integration. She previously worked at PwC as a Principal Consultant. Divisha has a PGDM from ISB Hyderabad, and a degree in B.Tech from NIT, Kurukshetra.

Indhu is a Process and Compliance expert with 4+ years of experience. She has worked on operational transformation projects including employee onboarding, training, policy documentation and Employee Relationship management. She is passionate about Data and Analytics. She is a certified POSH trainer. She possesses MBA and MA degrees.

Murtaza is a Regional Specialist with 20+ years of experience. Previously, he was a Director of Qualitative Research at Kantar, Dubai. Murtaza has deep expertise in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the MENAP regions. He completed his MBA in Marketing from Pune University.

Vidya Gopal is an illustrator with a keen focus on visual storytelling and observational drawing. Her work includes editorial illustration, narrative comics and childrens’ book illustration. Prior to her career shift to illustration, Vidya worked as a Business Analyst at Infosys. She holds a degree in electrical engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Operations from IIT Kanpur. Vidya has also co-founded The Yada Yada Collective that engages with creative communities of artists, illustrators and designers.

Gitika has 18+ years of experience across organization consulting, anthropological research, design thinking and talent strategy. She has also taught Design Thinking at leading management schools in India. She is an MA in Social Anthropology from SOAS University of London on a British Chevening scholarship. She also holds a PGDBM from XIM Bhubaneswar and a degree in Economics (Honours) from Lady Shri Ram, Delhi University. As an anthropologist and ethnographic researcher, Gitika has presented at leading academic and industry conferences across the world, including Ethnographic Praxis in Industry Conference 2021, Ethnographic Praxis in Industry Conference 2020, RAI Film Festival 2021, Response-ability Summit 2021 as well as the ASA (Association of Social Anthropologists of the UK) conference hosted by the University of St Andrews in March 2021.
