Working at the intersectionality of human-centred design, technology, and analytics, she has partnered with global teams across Europe, India, GCC and ASEAN. To democratise coaching as a practice, she co-authored the book ‘The Alchemy of Coaching: Maximize Self & Team Performance as First Time Managers’, and has recently co-authored a seminal paper on ‘Culture essentials for Industry 5.0’.

Abhishek’s substantive professional experience covers academic, ethnographic, and design research, as well as management consulting. His clients span the public, private, and development sectors across South Asia, the Middle East, and the EU.

Abhishek’s substantive professional experience covers academic, ethnographic, and design research, as well as management consulting. His clients span the public, private, and development sectors across South Asia, the Middle East, and the EU. He is presently an AHRC UK – CHASE funded PhD candidate in Anthropology and Sociology at SOAS University of London, where he is researching how health apps imagine futures, with fieldwork in Chandigarh, Delhi, and London.

Gitika has close to 20 years of experience across organization consulting, anthropological research, design thinking and talent strategy. She has also taught Design Thinking at leading management schools in India. She is an MA in Social Anthropology
