Our client is a start-up leader in the cybersecurity business, bootstrapped and heavily focused on profitability. A pioneer in the ZTNA security architecture space, it was recognized by Deloitte as one of the fastest growing technology companies for the second time in 2019 with a growth rate of 337%, ranking 17th fastest growing company in India Fast50 & 230 across Fast 500 Asia Pacific.
The company saw a spike in demand for its products in the immediate aftermath of the pandemic as businesses scrambled to ensure secure, and remote access for all the employees in “work-from-home” mode. The company added 20-30 accounts during that period, and all of its 100 plus accounts grew 3-4 times.
Transition to virtual mode of working was a stressful time and acted as a wake up call for the founder-leader. “We did not have a lot of time and had to manage our own shop and customer shop”. There was a growing realization at the leadership level that internal structures, systems and processes are critical to seize the next wave of opportunity.

A comprehensive industry map was created which provided a clear roadmap for how the value proposition of the company needed to evolve as it scaled up.
